Into Market

Following an extensive research process to identify and target qualified candidates, we interview and evaluate each candidate to understand their experience, professional accomplishments, and motivation.

We deliver Progress Reports that track activity and provide valuable market opinion about the client, the opportunity, and compensation trends.

Delivery

The final phase involves guiding the client and candidates through the interview process, resulting in the selection of the finalist candidate.

Thorough referencing, psychometric testing, and background checks are then completed, followed by the successful negotiation of the compensation package.

After the selection process, we provide additional counsel on onboarding strategy and ongoing consultation with the successful candidate following his or her appointment.
